Sorimate Pro Subscription

Sorimate offers a Pro subscription that unlocks B1 and B2 Korean lessons. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly Pro subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.

Annual Subscriptions

Annual Pro subscriptions may be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months upon request.

Free Tier

The free tier (A1 and A2 lessons) is available at no charge and requires no payment information.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at hello@sorimate.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your email address used at checkout. We will process your refund within 5 business days.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Paddle customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges; access to Pro content continues until the end of the current billing period.
